Refund policy

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: the invoice amount will be fully refunded, minus €2.50 reservation fee.
• Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount will be refunded, minus €3 reservation fee.
• From 2 weeks before arrival: no refunds will be issued.

For changes that involve partial cancellation (e.g., shortening the reserved period), the cancellation conditions apply to the canceled portion. Additional modification fees may apply for all changes.

No refunds will be given for early departure or late arrival compared to the reserved dates.

For reservations with an arrival within 7 consecutive days after booking, which are subsequently canceled, the full invoice amount must be paid.
