General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Every sales agreement is considered concluded after an online reservation via our website or at the reception of Camping Les Arpents Verts. The customer can only rely on a sales agreement if their reservation has been confirmed by Camping Les Arpents Verts, Rue des Villas 7, 5530 Godinne.
- All visitors/campers are required to adhere to the campsite's rules. Any violation of the regulations may result in expulsion.
- No complaints from the buyer regarding the services provided will be accepted unless they are submitted in writing via registered mail within 10 days of receipt.
- The seller may invoke force majeure in the following cases: strikes or lockouts, war, fire, machine breakdown, or flooding.
- Invoices are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- The following conditions apply in case of cancellation:
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: the invoice amount will be fully refunded minus €2.50 reservation fee.
- Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount will be refunded minus €3 reservation fee.
- From 2 weeks before arrival: no refunds will be issued.
- For changes involving partial cancellation (e.g., shortening the reserved period), the cancellation conditions apply to the canceled portion. Additional modification fees may apply to all changes.
- No refunds will be made for early departure or late arrival compared to the reserved dates.
- For reservations with arrival within 7 consecutive days of booking, which are then canceled, the full invoice amount must be paid.
- To protect yourself, please take out cancellation insurance with your insurance broker.
- In the event of non-payment of the booking, an amount equal to the invoice total plus a fixed compensation of 15% of the total invoice amount will be due in addition to the invoice. This compensation does not include interest or legal costs.
- For all disputes, only the court of Namur has jurisdiction.
- Arrival and departure times can be found on our website and in the house rules.
- Camping: Upon departure, the camping pitch must be vacated and left clean.
- Glamping tents: Upon arrival, campers must report any deficiencies or missing inventory to the reception immediately. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be tidied and cleaned, and the security deposit will be refunded after final inspection if everything is in order.
- Visitors to campers must always report to the reception upon arrival. Visitors pay a visitor fee and may park their vehicles at the cemetery parking lot.
- Pets must always be kept on a leash. It is not allowed to leave pets unattended. The pet owner is responsible for any damage or contamination caused. The owner must also ensure that their pet does not disturb other guests.
- Camping Les Arpents Verts cannot be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to or caused by users of the accommodation offered through the campsite, regardless of how the damage or injury occurred. Participation in activities organized by the campsite or third parties is entirely at the participant's own risk.
- Campers are jointly liable for any damage to the property of Camping Les Arpents Verts.
- Price changes reserved. Printing and typographical errors reserved.
- Excessive electricity usage will result in additional charges to the camper. Electric vehicles may not be charged at the campsite. If Camping Les Arpents Verts detects a violation of this rule, a flat fee will be charged.
- Personal data obtained through our website is collected solely for the purpose of providing the requested information and will not be disclosed to third parties.
